Sales, Delivery, Returns, and Contract Terms & Conditions

Contract Terms:

70% of the contract value shall be paid upon signing the contract, and the remaining 30% shall be paid after completion of the grout installation.
If the contract value is SAR 20,000 or less, 100% of the contract value shall be paid upon signing the contract, and the contract shall not be subject to the installment payment system.
These terms do not apply to sales invoices.

Work Execution:

The Company shall carry out the agreed work in accordance with the specifications stated in the contract and the attached schedule. The customer shall bear full responsibility for any modification, addition, or change requested after signing the contract, including any resulting additional costs or delays in execution.

Warranty:

The warranty period is 12 months from the date of the contract and covers the adhesion of the mosaic to the adhesive only. The warranty shall be considered void in the event of any defect in the waterproofing or plastering, cracks in the swimming pool, or any other cause outside the scope of the Company's work.

Scope of the Company's Responsibility:

The Company shall not be responsible for plastering or waterproofing works. Its responsibility is limited to the supply and installation of the mosaic and ensuring its adhesion to the adhesive only.

Non-Refundable Amounts:

The customer shall not be entitled to request a refund for any invoice relating to:

Special or custom orders.
Design fees.
Customized or specially crafted mosaic manufactured or executed at the customer's request.

Return Policy:

The customer may return the goods within 15 days from the invoice date, subject to a 15% deduction from the total value of the returned goods, provided that the goods are in their original condition and unused.
Adhesive and grout are excluded from this policy and may only be returned within 48 hours from the invoice date, provided that the packaging is intact and unopened.

Refund Process:

The refund amount shall be transferred within 10 to 15 business days after the returned goods have been received and inspected. The customer is responsible for delivering the returned goods to the Company's warehouse. The Company reserves the right to reject any returned goods that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered.

Delivery:

Delivery within Riyadh city is free of charge for orders with a value of SAR 5,000 or more.
For orders outside Riyadh city, the customer shall bear the transportation and shipping costs.
A photographic record of the shipment shall be provided upon handover to the shipping company, after which the Company's responsibility for the shipment shall end.

Quantity Calculation:

The area of a rectangular swimming pool shall be calculated according to the following formula: Length × Width × Height.
For swimming pools with curves, circular shapes, or irregular designs, the area shall be calculated according to the appropriate geometric method.
An additional 10% shall be added to the required quantity to account for waste and cutting, and this additional quantity shall be at the customer's expense.
